Pastor Mark and Kay Shell
Humble Beginnings....
In 1982 a small core of born-again believers who were seeking a greater move of the Holy Spirit joined together to form the Orchardville Community Church. The bulding consisted of a 30' x 40' basement structure with no indoor plumbing. The first service was held in February of 1983 under the leadership of Orchardville Community Church's first pastor, Reverend Don Wallace.
When Pastor Mark and Kay Shell arrived in January of 1988, the congregation consisted of 12 people. They soon agreed to build a bigger sanctuary with indoor plumbing! That spring the church constructed a 30' x 60' upper floor on the original basement structure. In the next few years, Sunday School rooms and a Children's Church Sanctuary were built.
